I'm James Culleton — born in Dublin, came to New York at 21, and ended up in Arizona, the best wrong turn I ever made. Before real estate I spent two decades in the restaurant business, and I still own a bar to this day, the Kettle Black, so hospitality never really left me. Twenty years behind the bar teaches you a thing or two: how to keep a dozen plates spinning and put out a fire before anyone smells smoke. A real estate deal isn't much different — there's a lot moving behind the scenes, and my job is to handle the messy bits so you just get to enjoy it.
I got my license in 2019, and I run my business the same way I run a busy bar: stay calm, shoot you straight, never pressure you. I'd rather talk you down from overpaying than push you on a house that isn't right — because when everybody at the table walks away happy, that's the whole point. So whether you're selling, buying your first place, or just kicking tires, come have a kitchen-table chat. No hard sell, just an honest opinion and a friendly face. I got you.
